Landstar is proud to announce our partnership with Infinite Studios for the development of The Scene at Nongsa, Batam.
The Scene is a unique hybrid media production hub and residential development that combines lifestyle and creativity into a themed living center. The development adjoins Infinite Studios outdoor production lot and will act as an outdoor production extension of the studio’s current facilities, with the unique exception that it will be habitable.
Behind the thematic facades lining the signature streets are real and livable apartment complexes that would cater to a new generation of creative workers seeking an alternative, exciting living and working environment. Complete with a myriad of food and beverage outlets as well as provisions for offices and workshops, The Scene will be the first “living studio” of its kind.
Infinite Studios is a leading media production hub with the largest soundstage in South East Asia, a 1 hectare backlot that is themed to the Singapore’s Chinatown, and a full-fledged animation studio. The Scene’s facilities will directly join Infinite Studio’s Chinatown production lot to provide a seamless world of themed streets that merge from urban Chinatown to the Mediterranean, the European and the Old World charms of Ancient Asia.
